Uptime Service Levels

We provide our Customers a financial backing to our commitment on our Service availability. If we do not achieve the Service Levels as described in this SLA, then the Channel Partner may be eligible for a credit towards a portion of the Service fee invoiced by VDC.

<99.5% ------------------------------------ 50%
<99% --------------------------------------- 100%

All support levels include 24/7 system monitoring and service recovery.

VDC may have to fix unexpected security vulnerabilities and other bugs, and/or to take action in order to improve the usability or performance of the service. Those actions might provoke unexpected service unavailability.
VDC will notify the User of potential suspensions within a reasonable prior delay. Additionally, VDC shall make its best efforts to limit the suspension period.
If VDC takes any action described under this section, User shall not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid in advance prior to such action.
